I feel honored to write this letter of reference for Phyllis Rollo, who was our realtor during the time period of April - August of 2009.  My wife and I first met Phyllis when looking for a home in the Englewood area that was one of her listings, and from that moment, we realized that we were in good hands.  Finding a house can be a daunting task, not only physically, but more so emotionally.  Our search was made much easier by Phyllis!

After looking at numberous homes, we settled on a short-sale that became a lesson in patience since it became drawn out for three months.  Phyllis helped us through that ordeal, and when it fell through, quickly went back on the road with us to find our perfect house, which we did with her help.  We couldn't be happier now!
